IMPORTANT LINKS AND INFORMATION
Important Dates, Information, and Links
This is the section to view if you need information on clearances, upcoming important dates, and information regarding class, the team, fundraising, try-outs, and much more.
Clearance Website and Information
No student can participate in any sport on campus without first completing the clearance process. If you click on the button you will download a step by step document that tells you exactly how and where to complete the process. If not cleared then participation in any aspect of our program must be denied. **Important- Please arrange to have your physical completed in the month of July or August and to upload all forms/documentation, complete all items on the clearance website, and finalize the clearance process no later than August 8th to participate in basketball as soon as the school year begins.
Fundraising
Most players and parents are unaware that our program is not funded by the school or district. Our ability to operate is strictly tied to fundraising that we do. We are 90% privately funded with 10% funded by the district. The funds the district does give us being not nearly what we need to operate in any capacity. Our program cannot survive without a high level of fundraising. All of the things we need to succeed as a program are tired directly to fundraising. Keeping the kids safe and hydrated, having proper equipment so they can prepare properly, having gear and uniforms that are needed and look amazing, as well as paying for busses and coaches are all expensive tasks. Add the fact that we desire to travel as a team to play games in other cities, states, or areas... and I am sure you can see exactly how important fundraising is.
